DAY 1: ART OF CONSUMER FINANCING teaches dealers the fundamentals of how to implement retail financing practices in their business, including how to cover fees and stay competitively priced in their market. Attendees will learn various financing strategies and find out how financing can help increase their revenue and help close more sales.

DAY 2: SUCCESSFUL SALES FOR TODAY’S HVAC COMPANY
Our industry has shifted from an install industry to a retail sales industry. This 1-day class focuses on what we need to do as “retailers” to communicate our value to the customer, improve our closing ratios, increase our average sale, and generate valuable referral leads.

Both courses qualify for 8 NATE Credit Hours & Factory Training Hours.

Pricing (Covers Both Days of 2-day Session)

Standard Dealers $750.00 per person.
Silver Star Dealers $650.00 per person.
Silver Star Elite Dealers $550.00 per person.

Tuition will cover lunch each day. Tuition can be financed over four months starting in January 2020.
