How to properly price your service calls! Sounds simply, doesn’t it? This half-day workshop provided by a former contractor himself, Randy Martin, will focus on knowing, understanding and capturing your technician efficiencies, true overhead and calculating a labor rate that makes your company profitable. Regardless of your years in the business, this refresher class couldn’t come at a better time as margins are thinner and the weather and economy don’t seem towant to cooperate. Consider this your spring/fall profit tune up class. (Although Randy does teach and sell flat rate pricing -- this class is not on flat rate pricing.)
